Mem Marshal is available to U.S. Law Enforcement personnel at no cost.

You will need a serial number to activate MemMarshal after installation. Please fax a request (on your agency's letterhead) for a serial number.

In the request, please include your

1. Name
2. Government e-mail address (U.S. Law Enforcement e-mail)
3. Phone number (including area code)
4. Address
5. How many serial numbers you need (each installation of Mem Marshal requires a serial number)

We will send the serial number and software download instructions to your law enforcement e-mail address. (If you do not receive a response, please make sure to check your spam / junk mail folder.) If the machine on which Mem Marshal is installed can reach the Internet, you will be able to activate the product immediately by using the serial number; if not, a manual activation process is available as well.
